But, you will be able to do everyday tasks such as chores and other activities efficiently because your body is conditioned. In addition, you will aesthetically look great and defined. Also, the same quantity of lean muscle mass is heavier the same quantity of fat. But, in a long-term basis that lean muscle mass will burn fat and make you trim and fit.

For a more permanent weight loss solution, you should think more than just losing fat. You should think in terms of gaining more muscles. You will need to change your body into an efficient and proficient fat burning machine. Your body needs and craves for those full body exercises that will make it a fat burning machine.
